Eye Pillow Instructions
For Heat Therapy: Heat in microwave at full power in 30-second increments until desired temperature is reached
For Cold Therapy: Place in the freezer for 1-2 hours prior to use.
Product Care: To keep your bag clean and refreshed, simply remove the sleeve and wash on a delicate cycle, in cold water. To dry, lay the sleeve out flat. Please do not place Eye Pillow insert into the wash.
Pro Tip: Over time, the scent in your Aromatherapy Eye Pillows will fade, but fear not! Simply refresh by placing a few drops of your desired essential oil on the removable insert.
 
External use only. Keep out of reach of children and pets. If irritation occurs, discontinue use. Do not use roller bar recipe in a diffuser, do not use diffuser blend topically.
