Communication is the key. If you are unhappy with your product, we ask that you communicate openly with us to help us understand why you’re not happy and how our products can be better.

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
